<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan, organize, and oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods. </li><li>Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; delegate tasks and monitor performance. </li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits. </li><li>Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. </li><li>Oversee warehouse layout and space management to optimize efficiency. </li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and shipments. </li><li>Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting inventory and workflow data. </li><li>Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment and machinery. </li><li>Implement and improve operational procedures and best practices to enhance productivity. </li><li>Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, supply chain issues, staff performance, and other key metrics. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety regulations. </li><li>Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems). </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure. </li><li>Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items and work in a warehouse environment. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics/supply chain role. </li></ul>
