<p>Company Description</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Under the direction of the Department Supervisor, picks products from aisles, perform aisle replenishments, move pallets between locations, among other tasks.</p> <p>Assists in achieving maximum efficiency and productivity.</p> <p>Encourages efficient utilization of equipment and facilities. Assists in ensuring that work group has necessary resources to complete requirements.</p> <p>Works with Supervisor and group members to develop plans for fulfilling orders according to customer requirements.</p> <p>Performs continuous quality control inspections of own work and coworkers during normal course of operations.</p> <p>Assists in maintaining compliance with Company policies, safety standards, and good house-keeping practices.</p> <p>Maintains work area, equipment, and supplies in a neat and orderly fashion. Directs coworkers to do the same.</p> <p>Interfaces with other departments, as necessary. Builds rapport with other organizational units and individuals critical to the group's success.</p> <p>Refers unusual conditions or non-routine problems to Supervisor.</p> <p>Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.</p> <p>Confers with supervisors of other departments to coordinate flow of materials or products.</p> <p>Operates industrial truck to assist in loading or moving materials and products.</p> <p>Works with planner for daily workload, distribute to production floor</p> <p>Also Assists with Final QC and Backs up other Depts. as necessary.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>1st Shift</p> <p>Monday - Thursday: 5:30am / 4pm</p> <p>Overtime on Fridays will be required occasionally.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum of 1 year experience driving a stand up reach truck forklift.</p> <p>Experience working with RF scanners.</p> <p>Great record of Safety practices and behavior.</p> <p>Dependability and great attendance record.</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
