<p>The IDEAL Program Coordinator will provide administrative support for the IDEAL director, as well as general program support in the areas of admissions, events, social media, and office management.</p> <ul> <li>Manage admissions applications each year for both Summer Academy and the program </li><li>Collaborate with admissions to manage SLATE applications </li><li>Track correspondence with prospective students </li><li>Schedule and lead tours with prospective families and school groups </li><li>Coordinate invitations to experience day and meet n greets </li><li>Schedule enrollment and person centered planning meetings </li><li>Manage summer academy applications process </li><li>Represent IDEAL at campus and community events for recruiting purposes (i.e., transition fairs) </li><li>Oversee IDEAL's social media sites (Instagram, Facebook) </li><li>Create and manage a social media plan to increase visibility, recruitment, and showcase the program </li><li>Develop marketing and event materials for recruitment and development purposes </li><li>Keep marketing materials and website up to date with input from director </li><li>Create and disseminate monthly newsletter with input from team </li><li>Coordinate annual 5k </li><li>Serve on IDEAL Giving Day Team </li><li>Organize and manage logistics (room reservations, catering, emails, RSVPS, etc,) for other events such as Summer Academy, Graduation, Resource fair, Info night, and others as needed </li><li>Lead alumni support program </li><li>Maintain alumni database and regular correspondence </li><li>Maintain alumni Facebook page </li><li>Coordinate alumni events (at least 1 per quarter) </li><li>Manage IDEAL email </li><li>Order and maintain supplies </li><li>Track purchases and manage credit card receipts for monthly expenditure reports </li><li>Experience with students with intellectual disabilities preferred </li><li>Help team as needed with daily support of students included but not limited to daily check ins, covering classes, supporting field trips, etc. </li><li>Comfort with excel, google, Canva, Instagram </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and organization </li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Professional and pleasant attitude with positive judgment in interactions with students, faculty, and staff </li><li>Strong speaking, writing, communication, and organization skills </li></ul>
