This position is full- time, 4 day work week (Tues - Fri). Must be Licensed CDL Class B Driver.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Details/Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (4 DAY WORK WEEK & OFF WEEKENDS) </li><li>First Shift: Dispatch around 5 am till finish </li><li>Outstanding opportunities for growth, build your career with Johnson Brothers </li><li>Competitive Compensation Rates </li><li>Base Hourly Pay: $25 an hour </li><li>Overtime Pay: $37.50 an hour </li><li>Incentive Pay: eligible for an additional $25 per day </li><li>Strong Benefits Package in First 30 Days- Medical Dental, Vision, 401k, and short- & long-term disability </li><li>Generous PTO Plan </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Loading/unloading truck </li><li>Timely route delivery with numerous stops </li><li>Delivering product into stores using truck ramp and a dolly cart, pallet jack or dock plate; including 200-1200 cases per day </li><li>Handling customer payments </li><li>Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected </li><li>Providing excellent customer service </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess a valid CDL Class B </li><li>A good driving record </li><li>Minimum of 2 years route driving, with offload experience </li><li>Experience with Electronic Log Device (ELDs) </li><li>Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly </li><li>Good math skills, detail oriented </li><li>Use of handheld, a plus </li><li>Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines </li><li>Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical </li></ul> <p>EEO statement</p> <p>Johnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
