<p>In this position …</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge in manufacturing, Interior Commodity Preferred (e.g. Injection Molding, Foam in Place, Vac Forming, IMG, IMGL, Paint, Press Bonding, welding, stamping, assembly, etc.) </li><li>Experience in process planning, implementation, and launch of Interior Commodity manufacturing systems (IP's, consoles, headliners, door panels, seats, restraints, seat structures) </li><li>Experience in performing manufacturing feasibility assessments </li><li>Operational experience in manufacturing processes and process control. </li><li>Experience in project management and/or program launch </li></ul> <p>Interior Core STA Manager - responsible for early industrialization for complex interior commodities (IP, Seats, Console, Door Trim, etc.).
