We are looking for Carpenter.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have 2 years of recent experience as a Carpenter. </li><li>High School diploma/GED preferred. </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and codes. </li><li>Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle. </li><li>Must be able to push, pull and/or lift 70 lbs. </li><li>Clear and effective written and communication skills. </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and physical. </li></ul> <p>Roles/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and install cabinets, shelves, drywall, and insulation </li><li>Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. </li><li>Paint structures and equipment. </li><li>Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks </li><li>Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles. </li><li>Hang doors and install door locks. </li><li>Consult other construction professionals to ensure the best possible results and the final product </li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, nail guns, chisels, and sanders </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and codes </li><li>Install wooden structures such as roofing framers, joists, partitions, rafters, and stud work </li><li>Build, erect, install, and repair forms, structures, and other fixtures made from wood and other materials as needed to assist with various types of construction projects. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
