<p>The Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategy and identifies growth opportunities to deliver vertical-specific solutions and methodologies. We nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team, providing holistic solutions that integrate product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market-level insights.</p> <p>This is an ideal opportunity for analytically-minded candidates who want to develop expertise in strategic planning, business intelligence, and data storytelling in a high-growth digital advertising environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Market Intelligence</p> <ul> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and vertical-specific insights </li><li>Support the development of GTM strategies, regional playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks for priority verticals and product initiatives </li><li>Analyze client portfolio composition, revenue mix, and account health metrics to inform strategic prioritization and resource allocation </li><li>Build business cases and ROI models to evaluate new programs, product launches, or market expansion opportunities </li><li>Monitor competitor activity and platform developments to provide forward-looking recommendations to leadershipMinimum Qualifications: </li><li>3+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in ads platforms. </li><li>Solid understanding of digital media KPIs and how to optimize against them across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives. </li><li>Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios across branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination. </li><li>Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards), with ability to extract actionable insights from platform data. </li><li>Detail oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver </li><li>English must be used as a working language, with strong communication skills and good teamwork abilities, capable of influencing and motivating others </li><li>Self-driven, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make judgments on complex matters </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong quantitative and analytical background, with coursework or experience in statistics, economics, business analytics, data science, or related fields </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) </li><li>Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a strong plus </li><li>Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct hypothesis-driven analysis, and derive actionable recommendations from data </li><li>Experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, business analytics, or tech company internships </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to connect quantitative insights to commercial outcomes </li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives </li><li>Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly </li><li>Experience building dashboards, reports, or BI solutions in professional or academic settings </li><li>Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing based on impact and urgency </li></ul>
