As part of their growth strategy, they are excited to welcome an additional Audiologist (or Hearing Instrument Specialist ) to their team.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Providing a full range of audiological hearing evaluation and diagnostics to adult and pediatric patients. </li><li>Cochlear implant candidacy testing, counseling, mapping, and follow-up. </li><li>Performing comprehensive audiological evaluations, speech in noise tests, MCL and UCL tests, speech reception threshold, and word recognition tests. </li><li>Performing and interpreting Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission Screenings (DPOAEs). </li><li>Performing APD test battery and providing Auditory training </li></ul> <p>Interpreting and reporting test results to determine hearing loss, type, and degree, both in written and verbal form.</p> <ul> <li>Counseling and recommending appropriate treatment plans for the patient. </li><li>Fitting and programming hearing aids based on diagnostic findings and patient needs. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology, licensed in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure). </li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle a full schedule of patients. </li><li>Excellent communication and time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Plus Bonus ($95,000-$105,000) </li><li>Healthcare Stipend </li><li>Matching 401K plan </li><li>Generous PTO and Holidays </li><li>CEU and Licensure Reimbursement </li><li>Relocation Assistance </li></ul>
