The BCBA provides leadership for administrators, district partners, Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and other licensed and unlicensed Behavior Specialists, teachers, parents, and school personnel to address student behavior.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in student support field (e.g., psychology, education, social work, school counseling)with coursework in behavior analysis. </li><li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the National Behavior Analyst CertificationBoard (BACB). </li><li>Required experience must include at least one (1) year experience completing comprehensive functionalassessments and behavior support plans, with two (2) years' experience serving individuals withdisabilities. </li><li>Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior InterventionPlans (BIPs) </li><li>Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and data collection methods </li><li>Ability to train and support school staff in implementing behavior plans </li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Familiarity with special education laws and school-based service </li></ul> <p>Terms of Employment:</p> <p>Full-time, 190 days</p> <p>Salary: $75,813.00</p>
