<p>Resource Innovations (RI) is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead and support a team of Salesforce Engineers and Administrators within our growing software organization. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who is comfortable actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SaaS applications on Salesforce platform, while leading the team and driving delivery of solutions.</p> <p>In this role, you will manage and lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in the technical development of Salesforce solutions. You will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality SaaS solutions.</p> <p>This is remote position requiring occasional in-person office meetings for candidates residing in one of the following metro areas San Francisco CA, Chicago IL, Phoenix AZ, Denver CO, Salt Lake City or Madison WI.</p> <p>We require candidates to currently reside in the United States. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators while actively contributing to technical design, development, and problem-solving. </li><li>Participate directly in system design and architecture, building scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies. </li><li>Remain hands-on with the codebase by contributing to the development efforts, designing and architecting solutions, issue resolution, and supporting critical enterprise applications. </li><li>Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. </li><li>Drive the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, release, and post-deployment support in an Agile/Scrum environment. </li><li>Own engineering execution for releases, including hands-on involvement in deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting release issues. </li><li>Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and release processes while leading by example through direct technical contributions. </li><li>Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection requirements, including implementing secure coding practices. </li><li>Stay current with Salesforce's annual releases and actively evaluate and implement new platform capabilities </li><li>Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and system limitations through direct investigation and hands-on problem-solving. </li><li>Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous technical improvement within the team. </li><li>All other duties assigned. </li></ul>
