Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver compassionate bedside care by assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity remain a priority throughout their stay.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and record vital signs with precision to provide the clinical team with the real-time data necessary for safe and effective treatment.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a vital link in the care team by observing and reporting subtle changes in patient status to your preceptor, directly impacting the speed of clinical interventions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate on personalized care plans by communicating test results and observations, ensuring every patient receives a holistic and updated recovery strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate seamless patient transitions by preparing and transporting individuals for diagnostic services, maintaining a calm and supportive environment during stressful procedures.</p> </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. </li><li>Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED required.
