<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>In this role, you will support and advance Hitachi Energy's Global Partner Program within a defined territory, contributing directly to how enterprise software solutions are delivered and scaled across the power grid ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of internal teams and external partners, helping ensure that partner identification, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement activities are executed effectively and consistently.</p> <p>Your work will focus on building alignment and transparency across sales, services, product management, marketing, and partner organizations. By coordinating key communication milestones, monitoring program performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts, you will help strengthen partner relationships and enable measurable business outcomes. This role plays an important part in supporting the reliability, performance, and long-term evolution of grid-related software solutions by ensuring partners are well-prepared, informed, and aligned with program goals.</p> <p>You will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a global organization, develop insight into partner-driven business models in the power industry, and help shape how partner programs support Grid Integration priorities.</p>
