Join a team that drives collaboration, excellence, and operational effectiveness in one of the leading aerospace manufacturing organizations in the defense industry</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead and manage quality processes in aerospace projects</p> <p>Prepare and lead quality forums, site quality reviews, and improvement meetings</p> <p>Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements and support external audits</p> <p>Ensure company compliance with customer requirements</p> <p>Manage quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations</p> <p>Maintain and update the QMS system including procedures and company policies</p> <p>Be responsible for FOD compliance</p> <p>Lead and motivate improvement teams</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical, Materials, or Quality Engineering</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering</p> <p>Familiarity with composite materials and mechanical systems - Advantage</p> <p>Familiarity with AS9100 aerospace standard</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p> <p>Ability for self-learning and independent work</p> <p>Strong leadership, management, and process-driving capabilities across the organization</p> <p>Experience working with multiple interfaces and customers in Israel and abroad</p> <p>High level of English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
