There are many outdoor adventures readily available, including carving the snow at North America's only year-round ski resort, hiking along the Columbia River Gorge or taking a day trip to the unmatched beauty of the Oregon coast.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>In partnership with the Practice Manager or Administrator, helps to oversee the daily operations of 1 medical practice with 1-3 providers, including personnel, financial, clerical, housekeeping, and maintenance and purchasing functions.</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <p>Education and Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred </li><li>Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred </li><li>Five years' technical experience: Preferred </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Preferred </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Helps to oversee and give guidance to the operations of the assigned clinic/s. Ensures clinics are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements and AHPS policies and procedures. Communicates operational opportunities and best practices to the Practice Manager or Administrator. </li><li>Works with the Practice Manager or Administrator to ensure that the appropriate revenue management policies, procedures and systems are in place to allow for billing and collection effectiveness. </li><li>Utilizes the appropriate performance reporting structures, to include performance scorecards, operations and financial reporting (such as performance ratio analysis, and other region and/or clinic specific metrics). </li><li>Exercises independent judgment in training, coaching, overseeing assigned staff. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Organizational Requirements:</p> <p>Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
