From coordinating tradeshows to keeping sales tools and reports flowing smoothly, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>Event & Tradeshow Magic</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, customer events, and golf outings </li><li>Manage booths, signage, swag, samples, and giveaways </li><li>Keep event calendars organized and budgets on track </li><li>Help prep before the event-and wrap it up with follow-up and reporting after </li></ul> <p>Sales Support Superpowers</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain sales reports, price books, and forms (Excel lovers, this is for you!) </li><li>Prep product samples and materials for sales meetings </li><li>Keep sales tools current and easy for the team to use </li></ul> <p>General Support (AKA Being Awesome at Everything)</p> <ul> <li>Process donation requests and assemble gift baskets </li><li>Coordinate shipments for samples, marketing materials, and graphics </li><li>Keep files, records, and event archives tidy and accurate </li><li>Jump in on special projects across the team as needed </li></ul> <p>You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You:</p> <ul> <li>Have 1-3 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or a similar role </li><li>Are confident in Microsoft Excel and Outlook </li><li>Enjoy staying organized and juggling multiple projects </li><li>Communicate clearly and love working with a team </li><li>Have experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 is a plus!) </li><li>Can lift up to 25 lbs. and aren't afraid to help move event materials </li><li>Bonus points if you've worked with distributor or GDSN reporting </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here</p> <ul> <li>Part-time hours with meaningful, hands-on work </li><li>A collaborative, friendly team in a coffee & beverage environment </li><li>Variety-no two days look exactly the same </li><li>A role where your organization and attention to detail truly matter </li></ul> <p>If you're looking for a part-time role that blends organization, creativity, teamwork, and coffee culture, we'd love to hear from you.
