<p>If you are a current Barnard College employee, please use the internal career site to apply for this position.</p> <p>Job:</p> <p>Adjunct, Anthropology</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Anthropology Department at Barnard College seeks a part-time instructor to teach the following undergraduate courses during the 2025-2026 academic year.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Fall 2025</p> <p>ANTH BC3911- Social Contexts of U.S. Immigration Law and Policy</p> <p>Examines the historical and contemporary social, economic, and political factors that shape immigration law and policy along with the social consequences of those laws and policies. Addresses the development and function of immigration law and aspects of the immigration debate including unauthorized immigration, anti-immigration sentiments, and critiques of immigration policy.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $13,250</p> <p>Exact instructional assignments and other academic responsibilities are determined by the Chair or Director.</p> <p>Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Terminal degree in a related discipline, with all requirements for the degree completed by the time of hiring offer.</p> <p>Application Requirements</p> <p>Only complete applications submitted via Workday will be considered.
