The Institute promotes the development of resilient individuals, families, and communities across Wisconsin and at every stage of life through meaningful partnerships and research-based education. This position has a primary focus on family engagement and relationships. It will deliver and evaluate educational programs and resources for parents and caregivers related to healthy child development, positive parenting, and resilient families. The position will also strengthen the skillsets of family-serving professionals, including the early care and education workforce, by providing training that count towards their continuing education. It will foster community readiness and capacity to support children, parents, and families by building and strengthening coalitions and leading networks of professionals within their counties and across Wisconsin.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining a collaborative relationship with Dodge County Human Resources and Administrators office to provide employee lunch and learn series.</p> <p>As part of our Institute, the Educator will engage in research with state specialists on campus and other Educators across Wisconsin.
