The Ethics and Compliance function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of the firm.</p> <p>As a E&C Coordinator, you will be based in North America as part of our E&C Monitoring and Response team. This team conducts periodic risk-based monitoring that evaluates adherence with regulatory and internal requirements, across the life cycle of engagements, and provides recommendations for program improvements.</p> <p>You will play a key role in developing firm-wide Ethics and Compliance capabilities by assisting in implementing and executing a comprehensive monitoring program. You will be instrumental in selecting samples, reviewing documentation, assessing non-compliance and supporting remediation efforts. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from firm's Risk and Legal groups to ensure cross-functional communication as it relates to monitoring results and overall remediation efforts.</p> <p>Your role will be a key contributor to developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of our Firm, and you will be expected to collaborate with a varied set of stakeholders across all firm functions on the programmatic needs of the firm while also being a pivotal contributor to the overall change management process.</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree or advanced graduate degrees in Law or Accounting </li><li>3+ years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance and/or governance in a large organization </li><li>1+ years testing internal controls, conducting compliance audits, or monitoring compliance programs </li><li>Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels </li><li>Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution </li><li>Experience working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams </li><li>Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment </li><li>Bilingual preferred </li></ul>
