Provides professional customer service in person, by phone, and through written communication.</p> <p>The value you'll bring to the team:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor worklists for stroke exams, critical exams, STAT exams, established turn-around times, expedited reads, upcoming appointments, incomplete or broken studies, correct hanging protocols, one off reads (call results)</p> </li><li> <p>Act as schedule liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Radiologist with technical issues by placing service tickets</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain reading room cleanliness</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned by Radiology Facilitator Supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Appropriately uses Radiologist's schedule and worklist rotations to facilitate processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend department meetings and promotes positive dialogue with respect to department objectives.
