<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Civil Engineer with a proven track record in large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects within the metals and minerals sector. The successful candidate will lead civil engineering execution, providing technical direction and oversight across design, procurement, and construction phases for world-class smelters, refineries, and industrial plants.</p> <p>Lexicon offers a unique combination of capabilities.
