The Lead Dietary Aide is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through accurate order taking, meal service, dining room setup and sanitation, and maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen and dining environment..</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide friendly, attentive, and respectful service to residents, guests, and coworkers. </li><li>Take and accurately record food and beverage orders; deliver meals in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Become knowledgeable of menus and daily specials, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer questions and make recommendations. </li><li>Observe and document special dietary needs and requests. </li><li>Monitor and restock dining room supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and service items. </li><li>Set up, clear, clean, and reset tables before, during, and after meal service. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas, including washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. </li><li>Assist with preparing and packaging to-go meals and delivering meals to locations outside the building as assigned. </li><li>Support team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations. </li><li>Assist with training new servers on standard operating procedures, sanitation practices, safety expectations, and dining room standards. </li><li>Report and help resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. </li></ul> <p>Top benefits or perks:</p> <p>Capri Communities offers a competitive health benefits package for all qualifying employees.
