The NNP collaboratively manages the critically ill infant's cares using expertise and evaluative tools to address the overall medical management of the infants.</p> <p>License/Certification requirements: Current MN RN License, Current MN APRN License, Current BLS Certification, Current NRP. Completed advanced training program and is certified by NCC as a neonatal nurse practitioner. 2 years level III NNP experience preferred. 500 Clinical Hours within last three years.</p> <p>Ability to work well both independently and as a team member. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.</p> <p>In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
