That's why we've created a workplace where people feel supported and inspired, from great benefits and wellness programs to fun social events.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>You'll be focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our Lehi, Utah office, providing administrative support to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. You'll work closely with the leaders and employees in the office, and collaborate with various departments to support day-to-day activities.</p> <p>This role is part-time targeting 20 hours of work per week. Attendance in the Lehi office on Tuesday - Thursday mornings is required.</p> <p>This is what you'll be doing, day to day:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders in the office. </li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, mail and phone calls, and direct them appropriately. </li><li>Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. </li><li>Assisting with sourcing and distributing employee swag, in collaboration with the Global People Team. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and assist with basic financial and HR administrative tasks. </li><li>Order office food and supplies and equipment to ensure a well maintained and functioning workplace </li><li>Manage office food and supplies, equipment, and facilities, to ensure a well-maintained and functioning workplace. </li><li>Support event planning for regional events and team activities. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to be successful:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and external contacts. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and located in or willing to relocate to Lehi, Utah. </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with HR or finance systems and concepts, or working towards a career in those fields. </li></ul> <p>The reward package:</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid working arrangement (although please note that attendance in the office is required at least Tuesday through Thursday each week). </li><li>Competitive hourly wage, reviewed annually. </li><li>Employee Referral Bonus Scheme. </li><li>Learning and development support, such as open access to Udemy and Coursera courses, and two paid Learning and Development Leave per year. </li><li>Inclusive culture and environment, where you'll feel genuinely valued and respected. </li></ul> <p>Diversity,?Equity?and Inclusion</p> <p>This is?very important?to us and through our Ally Network we actively seek to support under-represented groups.
