This role is execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently through repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating large sets of client or corporate structure data, performing research as needed, and resolving production issues in a fast-paced environment. This is not a strategic or supervisory role-success comes from taking action, working through assigned items, and maintaining high-quality operational output.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Process and resolve items in operational queues with accuracy and timeliness</p> </li><li> <p>Review, validate, and update client and hierarchy data</p> </li><li> <p>Perform research to support data verification and issue resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Execute repetitive operations tasks with consistency</p> </li><li> <p>Support production activities and escalate issues when appropriate</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with partners across Data, Operations, and Compliance teams</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management, or a related operational function.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Solid problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand and work with client data and hierarchy structures</p> </li><li> <p>Enterprise operations experience, including comfort with repetitive, process-driven tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in production support or queue-based operational environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong internet research capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Banking operations experience (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with: KYC/AML, BSA, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)</p> </li><li> <p>Detail-oriented and reliable</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with clear, repetitive, task-driven work</p> </li><li> <p>Strong learner with ability to understand data structures</p> </li><li> <p>Thrive in a production-focused environment</p> </li></ul>
