This position works closely with the head and assistant coaches to plan and lead practices, provide technical instruction, and ensure athlete safety through proper spotting and equipment use. The assistant coach will play an active role in preparing athletes for competition, fostering a positive team culture, and supporting student-athletes in their athletic, academic, and personal growth.
