Resulting in the completion of hundreds of highways, roads, and bridge projects for satisfied clients.</p> <p>Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance financial performance and efficiency.</p> <p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p> <p>What you will be doing</p> <ul> <li>Monitors and analyzes project cost estimates, expenditures and forecasts. </li><li>Reviews subcontracts and purchase orders to obtain budgetary information for proper project budgeting; performs cost/profit analyses on change orders and extra work estimates </li><li>Maintains logs as needed to track deliverables </li><li>Assists in the preparation and maintenance of various essential reports and schedules; i.e., Subcontractor Status Reports, Contract and Change Order Logs, Cost to Complete reports, etc. for the purpose of preparing accurate triannual Forecasts </li><li>Is familiar with Company accounting systems and how to utilize each </li><li>Supports project management team in the preparation of CTC Reports and triannual forecasts; assist with monthly billing, cash flow projections, and change order processing </li><li>Coordinate with project management teams to resolve project issues to ensure the completion of the project work according to budget </li><li>Assist project management team in quantity tracking; executed and quantities to be executed in all project activities for Prince, subcontractors and vendors </li><li>Assists project management team in claim preparation for all assigned projects </li><li>Help maintain the cost monitoring system (SPE / HeavyJob / eCMS / DRT) </li><li>Handles confidential legal and financial information on a regular basis </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field required. </li><li>Ideally 3 plus years experience in civil construction industry, quantities tracking, or engineering preferred. </li><li>Developing written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Developing knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices. </li><li>Able to analyze data and identify trends or areas of concern.
