Through the passion of our specialists, we continue to treat every patient with care, compassion and respect, while providing affordable and accessible services.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Understand the requirements of Prevention Grant Funded Programs and take specific actions to ensure that grant requirements are fulfilled.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Execute programs (drugs, mental health, vaping, etc.), including direct service to provide school and/or community-based services per grant objectives </li><li>Implement policies consistent with the State Standards for Prevention in collaboration with other Prevention staff members </li><li>Maintain records in accordance with Program requirements (e.g. monthly statistical reports, performance-based prevention criteria, pre and post-testing, and group topics) </li><li>Design and implement programs and activities that foster prevention Best Practices </li><li>Attend various community organization events and meetings to partner with them to promote prevention activities and achieve grant goals </li><li>Perform other related duties as required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in human services field (Education, social work, counseling, public policy, psychology etc). </li><li>Master's Degree in human services field (Education, social work, counseling, public policy, psychology etc) is preferred. </li><li>Two years of experience working with families, clients, and/or vulnerable populations in the community. </li><li>Two years of experience working in a behavioral health environment. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a variety of age and cultural groups. </li></ul> <p>As a Hartford HealthCare entity, Rushford provides eligible employees with an extensive benefits package consisting of:</p> <ul> <li>Medical and dental benefits </li><li>401(k) plan with employer match </li><li>Generous paid time off with accrual starting on the date of hire, including seven paid holidays </li><li>Additional voluntary benefits as well as employee discount programs </li></ul> <p>With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
