<p>Your role</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the technical health of the branch(s) by performing and supporting all necessary infrastructure related </li></ul> <p>activities</p> <ul> <li>Assist users with set up and training of all tech applications and provide ongoing support as needed </li><li>Support all technology rollouts and initiatives </li><li>Be the initial point-of-contact for all office and end-user technology issues </li><li>Track all end user hardware on an ongoing basis (e.g. machines, monitors, printers, etc.) </li><li>Support the branch management team administratively </li><li>Collaborate with the Field Technology Liaison and escalate any unresolved issues. </li><li>Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, rehires, interns, and recruit teams, providing a white-glove experience, especially in the initial interactions. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Required to be in office 5 days per week. </li><li>Ability to work an average of 2 Sundays per year (only a few hours). </li><li>Comfortable with public speaking during system rollouts for the Region. </li><li>Capable of being on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lifting 10- 20 lbs. </li><li>Visit each of our 3 branch offices (Rockland, Wellesley, Peabody) monthly to address tech issues onsite. </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we know that it's our people, with their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds, who drive our ongoing success.
