<p>LHH is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative role. This is a fully onsite position, requiring candidates to work from the facility. The role involves working in a non-climate-controlled loading dock environment and requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift timing from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bill shipments in accordance with applicable tariffs and pricing agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, investigate, and resolve documentation errors</p> </li><li> <p>Assist customers with inquiries such as shipment tracing, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing questions</p> </li><li> <p>Perform general clerical duties including answering and directing calls, filing, data entry, and billing tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Process over, short, and damaged freight, ensuring timely documentation and resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Work on a loading dock environment, which may involve standing or walking for extended periods in non-climate-controlled conditions</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 2 years of customer service experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong computer skills, including typing and 10-key proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Details: $22.57 to $23.57 per hour</p> <p>Search managed by: Ajay Srivastava</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
