<p>Cocktail Server</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>Responsible for serving cocktails and beverages to players in the casino and/or hotel. Provide excellent customer service. Bus glasses and, generally, maintain cleanliness of assigned sections.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the casino in a timely manner. </li><li>Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous and professional manner when dealing with guests. </li><li>Restrict service to overly intoxicated guests, and request identification when legal age is in question. </li><li>Bus glasses and generally maintain assigned section as necessary. </li><li>Maintain stock and cleanliness of cocktail service station. </li><li>Cash transactions with guests, operating adopted register system. </li><li>Work special events, as needed. </li><li>Performs other job related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach and stretch. </li><li>Ability to perform light lifting; up to 25lbs. routinely with or without assistance. </li><li>Ability to carry a serving tray and stand for long periods of time. </li><li>Ability to visually observe work area. </li></ul> <p>MENTAL CAPABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate with co-workers and public </li><li>Ability to memorize. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent and/or related experience. </li><li>Friendly, out-going and congenial personality. </li><li>A.B.C.C. certification within 30 days of position. </li><li>Must be capable of working with others as a team player </li><li>Minimum 19 years old. </li><li>No recent felony convictions. </li><li>Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, & holidays. </li><li>Must be able to get a Delaware Lottery Service License. </li></ul>
