If you are an individual who values a rewarding career and would like your customers to be genuinely satisfied, you may be a match for our team.</p> <p>The Drain Cleaning Technician will provide thorough diagnostics of drainage issues, clean drain lines with drain cleaning equipment, and inspect drain lines with camera to diagnose underlying issues and offer more permanent solutions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Competently operate drain cleaning equipment to remove clogs, roots, debris, and other refuse from drains </li><li>Competently run camera to diagnose underlying causes of drain clogs </li><li>offer more permanent solutions to customers to prevent drain issues from reoccurring </li><li>Always maintain a professional image by: </li><li>Wearing only company approved and provided BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING apparel. </li><li>Following safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Abiding by ALL (BFP) standards of performance and code of ethics. </li><li>Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates. </li><li>Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out. </li><li>Respecting the customer's property. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>GED or High School Diploma. </li><li>Must have a minimum of 2 year of verifiable drain cleaning experience in a residential service and maintenance operation. </li><li>Knowledge of plumbing field concepts, practices, best practices, procedures, tools, and equipment. </li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. </li></ul> <p>We want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
