Take the next step in your career and apply now!</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. </li><li>10 plus years of progressive corporate tax experience, including 3 plus years leading teams. </li><li>CPA required. </li><li>Deep expertise in U.S. federal and state income tax, ASC 740, FIN 48, and tax disclosure requirements. </li><li>Experience in regulated utilities (FERC/USOA, ASC 980) strongly preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with tax provision/compliance systems, ERP environments, and Excel/BI tools. </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and executive-ready writing skills. </li><li>Ability to partner effectively with finance, regulatory, legal, operations, and external auditors. </li></ul> <p>Background Check</p> <p>This role has been designated as having Substantial Authority and requires a successful criminal background check (internal candidates require one if last completed >18 months ago).</p> <p>Work Environment & Travel</p> <p>General office environment.
