<p>About the job</p> <p>In alignment with the franchise strategy defined at global level and delivered as per Glocal model, the PPH Franchise Head is in charge of:</p> <ul> <li>Functioning as the key contact of the Global Franchise for the MCO and supporting the definition of the global strategy and content by bringing the insights of the markets he/she is in charge of to the global team. </li><li>Defining the MCO brand plans, adapting the key features of the global strategy to the specificities of go to market approach, customers, and channels, allocating the resources and being accountable of the success of the local engagement strategy in the achievement of the MCO goals on the brand. </li><li>Leading the business case preparation for the expansion & sustainability by country within the brands and products in scope for the MCO. </li><li>Adapting and executing global access and pricing strategies in alignment with the cross-functional team, ensuring consistency with global guidelines while tailoring them to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the region. </li><li>Building and animating a Brand team with all relevant stakeholders in the definition of execution plan (internal and external), functioning as a pivot to ensure that everybody contributes to the success of the Brand activities. </li><li>Role model the Glocal ways of working guaranteeing the highest level of usage of the CLH resources. Engages with local agencies, only and restricted to cases defined with the global franchise teams, for specific needs of campaigns not covered by CLH </li><li>Facilitating the network of customer engagements leads in the MCO, ensuring regular touch points with the Head of Vaccines in the countries within the MCO to ensure full understanding of the needs, to challenge the specific requests and to ensure consistency globally and at MCO in the execution and implementation </li><li>Specifically for the anchor market, leading Customer engagement lead teams in the execution as per local roadmap and strategy. </li></ul> <p>Role challenges</p> <ul> <li>Integrate specific points related to the ongoing market challenges, competition, launches, authorities challenges, etc. </li><li>Adopt ditigal transformation and Agile methodology (e.g. Leveraging data and AI) to accelerate & scale -up new operating models. </li><li>Successfully adapt / evolve ways of working while delivering business results / avoiding business disruption. </li><li>Champion glocal and transversal ways of working by fully leveraging centralised and standardized Sanofi frameworks (e.g., GTMC, MCO teams..) </li><li>Ensure full alignment with MCO strategies, pricing and foster seamless collaboration with MCO teams </li></ul> <p>About you</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Pharmaceutical Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory environment, market dynamics and the needs and behaviors of healthcare professionals and patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Product Knowledge: Knowledge of product portfolio including the product's features, benefits, competitive landscape, and its place in the overall product portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of healthcare professionals' and patients' needs and expectations, enabling the development of strategies and messages that resonate and deliver value.</p> </li><li> <p>Brand Management: Extensive experience in brand management, ideally across various countries, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, particularly in a multi-country role.</p> </li><li> <p>Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory environment, market dynamics, and the specific needs and behaviors. Knowledge of Public Market dynamics is desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Omni-Channel Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing comprehensive omni-channel strategies, with a special emphasis on:</p> </li><li> <p>Digital Experience with Customer-Facing Approach: Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and tools to enhance customer interaction and engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Go-to-Market Exposure: Experience in integrating digital strategies within broader go-to-market plans, including product launches and market entry strategies, to ensure a cohesive and impactful introduction of the brand to new and existing markets</p> </li><li> <p>Soft and technical skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical and Strategic Planning: Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and insights into actionable strategies. This includes a deep understanding of how to leverage an integrated omni-channel approach for maximum impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Business Acumen: Leverage strong business acumen to assess market opportunities, drive strategic decisions, and ensure the alignment of business goals with brand strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decision-making processes, especially in identifying and prioritizing customer segments for targeted marketing strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Conceptual and Creative Thinking: Strong ability to employ conceptual thinking in identifying innovative solutions, and out-of-the-box thinking to challenge conventional wisdom and drive brand growth</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and engaging effectively with wide range of stakeholders across different cultural and regulatory landscapes. This includes managing cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of omni-channel strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proficiency in adapting to rapidly changing market conditions and resolving complex issues with creative and effective solutions, particularly in the context of supply chain challenges and market entry strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability and mindset to adapt to new ways of working such as Agile. Leveraging Agile methodologies for cross-team project and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing, such as customer data analysis, segmentation, personalization and automation.
