<p>Golf Instructor II</p> <p>Starting Hourly Rate $18.22</p> <p>Instructs golfers in basic golf skills. Responsible for supervision of structured class activities, teaching private individual lessons, individual lesson plan generation, and</p> <p>care of instructional equipment. Responsible for group lessons when necessary.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Extensive knowledge in fundamentals of the golf swing, the game of golf, the USGA Rules of Golf, and etiquette. </li><li>Must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment. The City offers CPR/AED and First Aid classes, which are free </li></ul> <p>to Parks employees. Please note, your certification must be from an organization that has been approved by the Bureau of Community and Health Systems, Child Care Licensing Division. Please see following link for list of approved organizations.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least four years teaching experience and PGA or LPGA membership. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>May exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.</p>
