<p>Custom Truck One Source, 21209 Durand Ave., Union Grove, WI 53182</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM start (1:30pm; overtime as needed to 3:30pm) </li></ul> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are looking for a skilled Equipment Assembler with hands-on mechanical and welding experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assembling, fitting, and modifying commercial truck equipment including utility bodies, cranes, hydraulics, and liftgates.</p> <ul> <li>If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and seeing your work roll out the door fully assembled-this is the role for you. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and install truck bodies, equipment, and accessories on chassis </li><li>Perform welding and basic fabrication work as needed </li><li>Mount and align hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components </li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions </li><li>Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality </li><li>Safely operate tools including grinders, plasma cutters, and torque wrenches </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years experience in mechanical assembly or welding (preferred) </li><li>Basic hydraulic and electrical understanding a plus </li><li>Ability to read blueprints or schematics </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in various positions throughout the shift </li><li>High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus </li></ul> <p>Why Join Custom Truck One Source?</p> <p>We Power the People That Strengthen Our Nation's Infrastructure.</p> <p>Explore the dynamic world of Custom Truck One Source, where every role plays a part in building and maintaining critical infrastructure across North America.
