While not a requirement, having cultural awareness of the environment this clinic is important. </li></ul> <p>What You Get to Do:</p> <ul> <li>You will hire and manage all the non-provider staff such as Front Desk, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Office Managers, for example. </li><li>You will oversee the operational workflows of the clinic to include accountability for clinical quality metrics, patient satisfaction and operational metrics that support the budget. </li><li>You will promote our culture and clinical services that are best suited for the populations we serve to provide care to our patients in an integrated team model. </li><li>You get to build the clinic culture with current and new staff, where they will live Clinica's values and mission to serve our community. </li><li>You will balance internal operational requirements with external pressures to provide the best care for our staff and patients. </li></ul> <p>Compensation: Approximately $93,200 - $113,000 annually.
