We're listening to you.</p> <p>Starting rate of pay is $23.44 with regular progressive wage increases at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.</p> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and monitor gauges and accurately record information on tracking sheets or computer. </li><li>Operate machinery while monitoring for safety and adherence to quality product standards. </li><li>General housekeeping, sweeping, mopping, etc. to maintain work area in a safe and orderly manner </li></ul> <p>Knowledge Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong teamwork and positive communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work closely with designated Trainer (senior, experienced operator), to achieve job competency and progress to qualified Operator </li><li>Must accept 12 hour rotating shift schedule. </li><li>Must have reliable attendance and show a high level of motivation. </li><li>Ability to follow standard work instructions, and accept supervision. </li><li>Basic digital device and computer knowledge. </li><li>Manual dexterity to include hand-eye coordination </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Frequent climbing of stairs. </li><li>Constant standing and walking. </li><li>Occasional stooping, crouching, squatting and bending at the waist. </li><li>Occasional reaching overhead, shoulder and waist height. </li><li>Frequent grasping and turning of both hands. </li><li>Occasional lifting and carrying 50 liquid lbs. in a 5-gallon bucket approx. 50 feet. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Viskase is a global leader in the food packaging industry, renowned for delivering top-tier artificial casings and a comprehensive range of casings and nettings.
