Ideal candidates have expertise in AI/ML models, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning, along with proficiency in Python, R, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) as well as strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>General Functions</p> <p>Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects. Performs a full range of professional and senior-level technical duties in areas where precedents are not clearly defined. Coordinates programming staff work efforts Work is performed with independence and initiative under the general supervision of the Enterprise IT Manager. Performance is reviewed through observations, conferences, reports and achievement of desired results.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role with remote work available along with availability to work in-office as needed.</p> <p>Representative Duties/Assignments</p> <ul> <li>Serves as lead liaison to client side Executives and Managers. </li><li>Directs, plans, schedules, assigns, coordinates, evaluates and supervises project teams in the implementation and maintenance of highly complex technical computer applications to ensure accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness. </li><li>Analyzes complex technical problems, identifies potential resolutions and prescribes subsequent courses of action. Provides technical assistance, guidance, and work direction to team members. </li><li>Monitors projects, participates in the planning, review, and design of business applications. </li><li>Reviews, evaluates and makes recommendations of software and hardware products. </li><li>Maintains current technology expertise. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or other closely related field and five years progressively responsible programming experience and systems analysis experience. Experience must include two years of supervisory experience with project management and implementation responsibility.
