<p>Schedule & Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (4-hour evening shift) </li><li>Competitive Wages </li><li>Weekly Attendance Bonus available for employees who work all scheduled shifts on time </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate the leather or fabric cutting machine efficiently and accurately to cut patterns for sewing. </li><li>Load rolls of fabric or leather onto the cutting machine. </li><li>Inspect materials for quality, flaws, or defects before running cutting programs. </li><li>Accurately cut fabric or leather according to patterns loaded in the cutting system. </li><li>Follow all production specifications and quality standards. </li><li>Maintain equipment cleanliness and a safe, organized work area. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and use a ruler accurately. </li><li>Strong visual accuracy to inspect materials and patterns. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. </li><li>Experience operating a fabric cutting machine (Gerber Z or similar systems preferred). </li><li>Ability to read and understand cutting patterns and yardage requirements. </li><li>Quality-focused with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to meet established performance goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. </li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong reliability. </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (4 hours). </li><li>Strong English communication skills: </li><li>Reading </li><li>Comprehension </li><li>Speaking </li><li>Writing </li></ul> <p>Safety Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Follow all company safety rules and procedures. </li><li>Required PPE: </li><li>Safety glasses </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Indoor, ventilated furniture manufacturing environment. </li><li>Concrete flooring. </li><li>Heated and cooled workspace. </li></ul> <p>Employment Details</p> <ul> <li>Temporary, short-term role created to support production backlog. </li><li>Employment is at-will and will end when the project is completed. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States. </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not make employment decisions based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or protected veteran status.</p>
