The Warehouse Operator will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.</p> <p>What you'll do as a Warehouse Operator</p> <ul> <li>Always follow safety procedures and perform all tasks safely </li><li>Follow company standards and regulations at all times </li><li>Fill common carrier orders and follow delivery schedules for loading. </li><li>Complete shipping documents and receipts in the SAP database. </li><li>Stage and organize materials and ingredients. </li><li>Prepare finished products for shipment per procedure, load the trailers as per loading procedure and complete the loading paperwork. </li><li>Coordinate bills of loading/pick tickets for deliveries. </li><li>Assist in handling customer emergency requests for product or late shipments during off-hours. </li><li>Complete shipping documentation for order revisions and to ensure customer service accuracy. </li><li>Document, inspect and unload inbound products and materials per written procedures. </li><li>Count physical inventory and conduct cycle counts of all material stored in the warehouse. </li><li>Receive incoming materials and miscellaneous purchase orders, notifying appropriate personal. </li><li>Maintain the warehouse and dock areas in a safe, orderly, and clean manner. </li><li>Must be flexible with rotating shifts outside of the regular business hours, as work hours are subject to change. </li><li>Certification required on numerous types of forklifts and fork trucks (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment). </li><li>Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as batch, or product code. </li><li>Special projects as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned depending upon operational needs. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
