<p>E<em>TRADE Priority aims to deliver an industry leading client experience for both existing and prospective clients, while assisting and connecting clients with the full scope of benefits, products, and services that E</em>TRADE from Morgan Stanley has to offer to meet their financial needs. The E<em>TRADE Priority Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and deepening client relationships, through exceptional, high-touch service for E</em>TRADE's most valued clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver exceptional service while building and cultivating relationships with our E*TRADE Priority clients</p> </li><li> <p>Develop a thorough understanding of all Morgan Stanley products and services while identifying opportunities to deliver the firm to our high priority clients</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between internal support teams and stakeholders to ensure client's inquiries, requests and complex needs are addressed in a timely fashion</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and gather net new assets from existing E*TRADE clients and prospects</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate the initial discovery process and new client follow-up through the management of a robust pipeline of opportunities, directing clients across the firm as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Educate and guide clients on the E*TRADE platforms, while demonstrating how they can navigate and maximize all aspects of our offering</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare action plans to reach production targets and effectively collaborate with leadership on ways to prioritize strategic opportunities to grow assets and advice</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>1+ years of financial services experience</p> </li><li> <p>Series 7 and 63 and ability to be fully registered</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Possess excellent business development and marketing skills and desire to consistently achieve top results</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in understanding the financial needs of the retail brokerage clientele</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical aptitude to navigate a variety of financial services and client relationship management ('CRM') tools</p> </li><li> <p>Highly collaborative in a team-oriented environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Must be dedicated to exceeding client expectations, have a passion for excellence, with outstanding oral, written communication and presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to demonstrate positive initiative, leadership, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:</p> <p>We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
