Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.</p> <p>As a Risk Investments Oversight Analyst, you'll work with the risk team to monitor strategic investments and new co-brand initiatives, generating thoughtful analytics and recommendations to risk and business executives regarding strategy, performance, and alignment with risk appetite, ensuring consistency with initial investment expectations.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain periodic monitoring to provide management with comprehensive insights into emerging trends and the performance of strategic investments and co-brand initiatives. </li><li>Attain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers for strategic investments and co-brand partnerships, enabling the delivery of actionable insights across the investment lifecycle. </li><li>Acquire a strong understanding of the practices and strategies of the investee companies, in order to provide context to executives. </li><li>Conduct ad hoc analyses and support risk executives with relevant information for their participation in discussions related to strategic investments and co-brand initiatives. </li><li>Work effectively as an individual contributor and collaborative team member on simultaneous projects. </li><li>Work well in a team environment, including cross-functional teams </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>BA or BS degree </li><li>Background in statistics, econometric, or other quantitative field required </li><li>Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information </li><li>Familiarity with risk analytic techniques </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills </li></ul>
