Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide.</p> <p>The Product Manager Lead is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of paraeducator and data products within the organization. This role exists to ensure that products are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. The Product Manager Lead oversees the full product lifecycle-from discovery and planning to delivery, launch, and optimization-working cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, operations, and business stakeholders. This position is accountable for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, ensuring high-quality delivery, and guiding teams through data-driven decision-making.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategy and execution of e-commerce platform enhancements for paraeducator products, ensuring seamless catalog management, optimized merchandising flows, and frictionless transactional experiences. </li><li>Oversee end-to-end configuration and optimization within the e-commerce CMS, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, partnering with engineering and merchandising teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and high conversion performance. </li><li>Drive the development and evolution of a scalable data platform, including defining requirements for data pipelines, reporting layers, and analytics tools that support product insights and business decision-making. </li><li>Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable data across all customer and commerce touchpoints. </li><li>Own a 0?1 product initiative, shaping product vision, validating market and user needs, and guiding new products from concept through MVP launch and iterative improvement cycles. </li><li>Establish and run structured discovery processes, including problem framing, hypothesis testing, user research, and rapid prototyping for early-stage product ideas. </li><li>Define clear success metrics and product KPIs, leveraging data platforms to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and inform product prioritization. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment, clear communication, and high-quality execution from ideation to launch. </li><li>Champion experimentation and continuous learning, using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to refine product direction and improve customer experiences. </li><li>Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function. </li></ul> <p>#LI-NK1</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Deep experience working within an e-commerce CMS, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including product catalog management, merchandising flows, and transactional experiences. </li><li>Hands-on experience building, integrating, and maintaining data platforms, including data pipelines, reporting layers, and analytical environments. </li><li>Proven 0?1 product experience, including shaping early product vision, validating problem-solution fit, and guiding products from concept through launch. </li><li>Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and modern data architectures. </li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, iterative environment. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. </li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. </li><li>7+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of roadmap, discovery, delivery, and cross-functional execution. </li><li>Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, preferably in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a comparable enterprise e-commerce CMS. </li><li>Proven experience building or managing data products, including defining requirements for data pipelines, analytics layers, dashboards, or reporting tools. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Data Analytics, Human-Centered Design, or related discipline. </li><li>Experience in the education, assessment, workforce development, or credentialing industry. </li><li>Background working with modern data technologies (e.g., APIs, event streaming, cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT solutions). </li><li>Prior experience in roles involving marketplace, commerce, or high-volume transactional systems. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams without direct authority. </li></ul> <p>ETS is mission driven and action oriented</p> <ul> <li>We are passionate about hiring innovative thinkers who believe in the promise of education and lifelong learning. </li><li>We are energized by cultivating growth, innovation, and continuous transformation for the next generation of rising professionals as leaders.
