Are you a natural navigator who loves helping students find their perfect fit?</p> <p>WE are seeking a bilingual, mission-driven Enrollment & Outreach Coordinator to lead our enrollment and re-engagement efforts for students interested in our non-traditional schools. Serving both Innovations & Options and 27J Online Academy, you will empower students and families in our community with the available pathways to graduation. Whether a student is looking for a fresh start, a flexible online schedule, or a way to return to school, you will be the bridge that connects them to their future.</p> <p>YOU are seeking a role where you can make a difference in students' lives and their future. You want to be part of a close-knit team that values creativity, flexibility, and the "human side" of education. Oh, and you should probably love Dragons and Lynxes (our school mascots!)</p> <p>SCHEDULE: 4-Day Work Week (Tuesday - Friday) | 10 hours/day, on the 10-month work schedule. We all agree--Mondays off are quite fabulous!</p> <p>SALARY: Classified Grade P, $24.39 per hour to start, depending on recent relevant experience. Position is paid over 12-months and is eligible for benefits.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Enrollment & Pathway Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for school interest inquiries, helping families understand which of our diverse programs best meets their needs. </li><li>Lead the end-to-end enrollment experience from initial interest to the first day of school, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition. </li><li>Partner with school registrars for the management of registration, records requests, and transcripts. </li><li>Collaborate with school administrators, counselors, and IEP/CLD/504 staff to ensure smooth enrollment for every student. </li><li>Implement intake and placement processes for administrative transfers in partnership with Intervention Services and Special Education departments. </li></ul> <p>Outreach & Re-Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Conduct direct outreach to students and families to explore re-enrollment opportunities. </li><li>Coordinate re-entry into district schools or external educational programs, creating "warm handoffs" for returning students. </li><li>Track dropout and re-engagement trends to help us refine our strategy and better serve our district. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual Excellence: Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written) is required. </li><li>K through 12 Experience: Proven experience working within a K through 12 educational setting or a closely related field. </li><li>Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to communicate and build trust with students, families, and diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Organized Problem-Solver: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex data and multiple priorities simultaneously. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>Links to Important Job Information:</p> <p>Benefits Information</p> <p>Salary Schedules</p> <p>Leaves Information</p> <p>Non-Discrimination Notice</p> <p>All future correspondence will be handled via the email address you provided in your online application.
