Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Technology & Strategy, the Strategic Partner Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, data, and enterprise technology platforms.</p> <p>This is a highly strategic position focused on building and scaling partnerships that accelerate product innovation, commercial outcomes, and Siemens' long-term positioning globally. You'll operate at the intersection of platform ecosystems and Siemens' global businesses, ensuring Siemens is connected to the most important technology shifts emerging from Silicon Valley-turning signal into action.</p> <p>You'll make an impact by:</p> <ul> <li>Owning and developing the strategic relationship with one dedicated technology partner, acting as Siemens' primary point of contact and trusted counterpart across all partnership dimensions. </li><li>Representing the partner within Siemens, ensuring strong internal connectivity across businesses, regions, and corporate functions (e.g. Foundational Technology) to enable effective collaboration and decision-making. </li><li>Shaping and driving a clear, shared partnering strategy with the partner, translating mutual ambitions into concrete business priorities, initiatives, and execution plans. </li><li>Identify growth areas and connecting the partner with relevant Siemens businesses, actively identifying where joint capabilities, offerings, and market access create meaningful value. </li><li>Accompanying joint business and growth opportunities, from early opportunity shaping through commercial alignment and execution, with a focus on sustainable impact for both sides together with the respective Siemens business </li><li>Driving the alignment and integration of technologies and/or services between Siemens and the partner, identifying where platforms, products, and capabilities complement each other and enabling meaningful (technical) collaboration over time. </li><li>Coordinating cross-Siemens activities related to the partner, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring clarity on ownership, timelines, and outcomes. </li><li>Supporting co-development and collaboration initiatives, including joint solutions, go-to-market activities, and capability alignment that strengthen the partnership over time. </li><li>Acting as a bridge between Siemens strategy and the partner's priorities, ensuring strategic alignment while remaining pragmatic and execution-focused. </li><li>Tracking progress and outcomes of the partnership, providing transparent, executive-ready updates and fostering alignment in a complex, matrixed organization. </li></ul> <p>Your success is grounded in having these qualifications:</p> <p>Basic qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, platform strategy, corporate development, or closely related roles. </li><li>Experience working with large, global, matrixed organizations, collaborating across multiple functions (e.g., strategy, product, engineering, legal, finance, GTM). </li><li>Deeply plugged into the tech ecosystem </li><li>Direct experience engaging with external partners and managing senior-level relationships. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives or programs, coordinating multiple stakeholders toward defined outcomes. </li><li>Location-based work capability aligned to the Silicon Valley ecosystem (or ability to work effectively with Silicon Valley-based partners). </li><li>Ability to work in the US without need for company sponsorship now or in the future </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Background in environments connecting software platforms to real-world or enterprise-scale operations (e.g., digital transformation, industrial technology, infrastructure, or applied AI). </li><li>Technical fluency across AI, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise software, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business and product value. </li><li>Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and scaling complex partnerships, including co-innovation efforts, product integrations, and joint go-to-market motions. </li><li>Strong experience operating at the intersection of strategy and execution-turning high-level direction into actionable partnership roadmaps and measurable outcomes. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify emerging technology or ecosystem signal early and translate it into strategic recommendations. </li><li>Comfort working with executive leadership, both internally and externally, serving as a trusted partner and credible advisor. </li><li>Experience supporting build / buy / partner decisions in collaboration with corporate strategy or business unit leadership. </li></ul> <p>About Siemens:</p> <p>We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
