<p>When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.The Senior Analyst, ERP Applications - Supply Chain is responsible for optimizing, enhancing, and supporting Beth Israel Lahey Health's Workday ERP environment with a primary focus on Supply Chain and Spend Management modules. In this highly collaborative and strategic role, you will partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT leadership to ensure Workday functionality aligns with organizational goals and drives operational excellence. You are a key contributor to shaping a modern, AI-driven ERP landscape. This role leads with an automation-first mindset, actively identifying opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and intelligent workflow automation into Workday Supply Chain processes to reduce manual effort, streamline operations, and accelerate decision-making across the organization.You will lead system enhancements and configuration, support integrations and punchouts, troubleshoot complex issues, and help shape the ERP roadmap. The Senior Analyst also supports system upgrades, participates in on-call rotation, and mentors junior analysts to ensure delivery of scalable, efficient solutions. Through strong technical acumen and continuous innovation, the Senior Analyst ensures system stability, operational excellence, and an elevated user experience.Job Description:Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and configuration of Workday Supply Chain and Spend Management modules in collaboration with business partners and ERP leadership.Promote operational excellence by executing recurring operational tasks, manage process schedules, and maintain clear documentation to support audit and compliance needs.Serve as the primary point of contact to proactively monitor, triage & resolve Tier 2 & 3 Workday SCM functional issues, proactively monitor integrations and punchout transactions.Closely partners with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current state processes, and identify improvement opportunities, including AI/Machine Learning capabilities that enhance automation and autonomous efficiencies.Facilitate prioritization discussions, support business case development, and help align enhancements with strategic goals. Leads ERP improvement initiatives to deliver value to business partners & end-users. This includes requirements gathering, gap assessment, scoping, solution design, system configuration, testing, UAT coordination, training support, and deployment.Ensures adherence to IT service management best practices, including change control, release governance and environment management. Support bi-annual Workday releases, regression testing, and adoption of new features to maximize system valueProvides guidance and mentorship to analysts, ensuring consistent delivery and repeatable project success. Participate in the on-call rotation and perform other duties as needed in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Job Requirements: 5+ years' experience with ERP systems, 3+ specializing in Workday Supply Chain/Spend Management. Workday Certified Supply Chain Administrator, a plus.Strong functional knowledge of supply chain management & financial business processes (5+ years)2+ years' experience with Workday integrations, security and custom reportingProven ability to support and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including EIBs & Core ConnectorsExperience working in complex, matrixed environments, preferably within healthcareUnderstanding of systems architecture, APIs, and integration best-practicesDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.Empathetic approach to understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality solutions that drive satisfaction. Pay Range: $87,360.00 USD - $149,760.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
