Process new psychiatry client referrals, schedule psychiatry client appointments, and complete reminder phone calls. </li><li>Provide general administrative support for the Behavioral Health department staff. Updating program forms, coordination of new staff onboarding, recording meeting minutes, & manage office space schedules. </li><li>Responsible for weekly review and administering of program reports in Electronic Medical Record. </li><li>Provide support to front desk team in greeting & supporting guests </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience. </li><li>Bachelors Degree in a relevant field preferred. (social services, business administration etc.) </li><li>A mission driven individual, who fully embraces and models LFCS values and can forge a mutually respectful partnership with team members. </li><li>Organized, independent, team player, proactive & takes initiative </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
