<p>This part - time position requires a Wednesday evening and Sunday morning schedule with a focus area of children from Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade.</p> <ul> <li>The Director of children's ministry will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry for children by educating and equipping children with a strong Biblical foundation. </li><li>Through thoughtful planning and preparation, the Children's Director will provide leadership for weekly children's Sunday School, Children's Church, Wednesday night children's ministries, and other fellowship activities with the church and parents. </li><li>The director will organize games and activities to stimulate growth and engagement during service times. </li><li>The Children's Director shall: o Be under the direct supervision of and report directly to the Senior Pastor. o Assist the Pastor with ministry care as available. o Work in close cooperation with leadership teams and other members of the church staff. o Collaborate with the Pastoral Team in making LTBC a friendly and welcoming place for children and their families. </li></ul>
