<p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The System Administrator II for the Middle Tier Group at USF IT is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server-based applications and infrastructure. This role involves managing both on-premises and cloud-hosted solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems. The System Administrator will work closely with various departments to support the university's IT needs, including troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and implementing upgrades.</p> <p>ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT SUMMARY:</p> <p>USF Information Technology (USF IT) provides technology services and support for the University of South Florida.
