<p>Nativity Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year to support elementary-age students. The ideal candidate will uphold the mission of Catholic Education and possess strong communication and organizational skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with attendance and classroom routines. </li><li>Reinforce lessons, concepts, and skills one-on-one with students or in small groups. </li><li>Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the classroom. </li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment. </li><li>Enforce school and class rules to teach students proper behavior. </li><li>Supervise students during recess and lunch, ensuring appropriate behavior and orderly routines. </li><li>Ability to manage classroom in the absence of the teacher. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Good communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work under the direction of the classroom teacher, principal, and assistant principal. </li><li>Successful completion of a Level II background screening. </li></ul> <p>This role offers valuable classroom experience in a supportive, faith-based environment. The Instructional Assistant will work closely with a lead teacher to support lesson delivery, provide small-group instruction, and assist with behavior management to create a positive and engaging learning space.</p>
